Retroactive - Update the Excel template

Follow the steps below tupdate the Excel template:

Number field: Such as “No”, “Salary”,.. fields
- Input the number value
Text/Note field: Such as “Title”, “Details” fields
- Input the text value
User field: Such as “Employee” field
- Input the email of the user. E,g. user_1@abc.com
Lookup field: Such as “Department”, “Customer”,… fields
- Input the title of the lookup item
Yes/No field
- Input the value is “Yes” or “No”
Choice field
- Input the text value
Multi Choices: Such as Choices, Multi Users or Multi Lookup
- Use the “;” between 2 values. E.g Value 1; Value 2
Datetime field: Such as “Start Date”, “End Date”,… fields.
- Input the text value with the syntax
  - Date Only: MM/DD/YYYY E.g: 12/20/2023
  - Datetime: MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm E.g: 12/20/2023 08:30
- Format the value as the date
  - Right click on the value > Format Cells…
  - Under the Category section > Select Date
  - Click on Cells & hit Enter tmake sure Excel converts the text tDate

NOTE: if the request process is a sub-process of another process, the template has 2 columns:

Parent Request: The id of the parent request
Request Form Type Parent: The title of the request form type of the parent request
