Follow the steps below:

Install the LTAPPS Approval Hub app and completely set it up. Please refer to the link to learn how to install & configuration the app.
Open the Multi Approval Process app, then use the report to extract all requests to the Excel file
Open the LTAPPS Approval Hub app, use the Retroactive feature to upload the Excel file above to the app
